Dustin Edwards

Co-chair of both Winston Taylor's nationally recognized Intellectual Property Practice and its Houston Litigation Practice, Dustin is an intellectual property trial litigator with experience across a range of industries, including biotechnology, financial services, computer science, and oil and gas. He “possesses whetted trial skills, with his career marked by stellar performances as lead counsel in complex patent litigations” (IAM Patent 1000). Dustin is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® (2021–2027) for Intellectual Property Litigation and Patent Litigation (2027), in IAM Patent 1000 (2024–2026), in The Lawdragon as the "500 Leading Litigators in America" (2026), and in The Legal 500 US as a “Key Lawyer” in the area of Intellectual Property: Patents: Litigation (2024–2025). Dustin’s trial experience includes lead counsel and stand-up roles in patent litigation, patent arbitration, and trade secret litigation. He also has experience litigating Section 337 investigations at the ITC.
